El objetivo general de este trabajo es realizar una revisión bibliográfica entre los conceptos básicos de actividad fÃsica y salud. Los objetivos especÃficos son: definir varios conceptos importantes para la comprensión de la problemática existente en el mundo alrededor de la práctica de actividad fÃsica y la salud. Caracterizar la evolución del concepto de salud. Describir los beneficios de la actividad fÃsica en la salud e identificar los perjuicios del sedentarismo para la salud. la actividad fÃsica, se puede decir que es la movilización del aparato osteomioarticular con un gasto de energÃa por encima del nivel basal. El ejercicio fÃsico tiene múltiples beneficios para la salud, en cualquier nivel de ejecución de mismo se consiguen beneficios para diferentes condiciones fÃsicas patológicas. Los perjuicios del sedentarismo son la aparición de lumbago, aumento del riesgo de padecer enfermedades o incluso el envejecimiento prematuro.
ABSTRACT
The general objective of this work is to carry out a bibliographic review between the basic concepts of physical activity and health. The specific objectives are: to define several important concepts for the understanding of the problematic existing in the world around the practice of physical activity and health. To characterize the evolution of the concept of health. To describe the benefits of physical activity on health and to identify the detriments of sedentary lifestyles for health. physical activity can be said to be the mobilization of the osteomyoarticular apparatus with an energy expenditure above the basal level. Physical exercise has multiple health benefits, at any level of execution of the same benefits are achieved for different pathological physical conditions. The detriments of a sedentary lifestyle are the appearance of lumbago, increased risk of disease or even premature aging.
